Richfield Reviews by Kerry Galbraith
Michaels Craft Store, next to Rainbow Foods in the Hub Shopping Center, is a popular place this time of year for Halloween lovers of all ages. Whether you’re planning out your trick-or-treating route, or handing out candy yourself, you’re sure to find something that peaks your interest at Michaels. I ducked in to Michaels on a gloomy, early fall afternoon, eager to get some inspiration for my upcoming Halloween party. I wasn’t disappointed! Michaels had a featured Halloween decor aisle that extended the length of the entire store. Every aesthetic from friendly scarecrows to the Day of the Dead to haunted houses were on display. Florals, feathers, ribbons, skeletons and gravestones among other items were already marked down, so now is the time to plan your Halloween parties and decor!
Looking for a costume? Michaels is a great place to get your costume whether you prefer ready made, or do-it-yourself. For those of you looking to win costume contests with your creative costume choice this year, Michaels has everything you need to create your showstopper.
While you’re shopping, don’t forget to stock up on yarn, cake decorating tools, beads, frames and scrap booking products. Michaels is the essential craft supply store in the area, and if you haven’t taken a stroll through the aisles, I suggest you do. Check their website ahead of time for deals and coupons that might be available. Go within the next few weeks, and you’re sure to have the coolest house on the block this Halloween!
