Weekly Update 1.23.2018

Welcome to the weekly update. If your business is along Lyndale Avenue, or the 66&Lyndale and 66&Nicollet intersections you won’t want to miss the member meeting happening tomorrow morning. We will be hosting a panel of experts to give you the latest information on the project and what to expect in order to keep your business running smoothly! You can still register here– see you tomorrow at 8am!
The Chamber would also like to update you on our Richfield Circle of Excellence Awards Ceremony. We are very excited to announce that we have rebranded our Salute to Small Business awards ceremony to now include more of our incredible members! In addition to honoring a Small Business of the Year, we will now also be honoring the following:
Business of the Year
Non-Profit of the Year
Business Leader of the Year/Larry Farrington Award
This year, we are also excited to award our friends at The Academy of Holy Angels with the Sports Award and retired Richfield City Leader, Tom Fitzhenry, with the Governmental Service Award. These 2 awards are not annual awards, rather they are only given when a member of our community has gone above and beyond in their respective categories.
We are excited to announce that the awards ceremony will be hosted at the Best Buy Corporate Campus. As a long time community partner, we are honored that Best Buy has opened their doors up to our Chamber members. If you have never been inside, this is a great opportunity to come view the Best Buy community within our community.
With the rebranding of our awards ceremony, the winners will not only be recognized at the event, but they will also receive special marketing and support privileges from the chamber throughout the year. We will also give back to the non-profit winner at chamber events throughout the 2018 calendar year. We are so excited to celebrate our members, please join us in supporting each other. Register here to attend the Richfield Circle of Excellence Awards Ceremony.
