Chamber Update – 4.12.2018

Greeting Chamber Members! We have had great member engagement first quarter and I encourage you to keep your momentum going as the snow melts and second quarter is underway. Our strength as a Chamber is making connections to each other. Our next opportunity to connect is at the April Member Meeting on Tuesday, April 17. This will be a great program engaging with our student population at Holy Angels. Please make sure you are registered. If there is a particular business you are looking to connect with, get in touch with me and I will make the introduction.

April is Autism Awareness month at Fraser. Fraser is a long-time community partner in Richfield that provides children and families across Minnesota receive autism services. They are looking to make business connections within our community. So while we are in Autism Awareness month, please reach out to Bethany Krepela, Bethany.Krepela@fraser.org, at Fraser and learn more about the impact Fraser has and how your business can help support them.

With the snow melting, it is time to revisit our road construction projects. Reconstruction Work of 66th Street begins on April 16th, 2018! One crew will begin at 5th Avenue and another crew will begin either at Nicollet Avenue or near 35W. If you have questions about upcoming road closures, please visit the Sweet Streets website for information. We also have many maps for you to download and give to your clients to help them navigate road closures. View and download by clicking the following links:
