Weekly Update 1.25.19

Does your company have a Director of First Impressions? Or a Chief Motivating Officer? This week’s One More Customer series discussed company sales and how it relates to leadership creating a positive business culture. Something to consider, do you have someone “working the front desk?” Or do you have a Director of First Impressions? If you have a Director of First Impressions, then you have set a very clear expectation and empowered your employee to elevate their approach. The position hasn’t changed, but your employee’s perceived value has and that leads to higher productivity.
