Weekly Update 7.30.19

Join us tomorrow, July 31, as we welcome new member Whitney Bullard to our community with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Stop by and introduce yourself and discuss the potential for how you can work together for future business. Check the Chamber calendar for event details. Meeting business professionals face-to-face is a great way to create a trusting relationship. Many of our business leads come from referrals and building authentic relationships is step one. Our strength as a Chamber community is in our vast business network. When was the last time someone asked you for a referral? Was your network large enough to know who to send them to? If the answer is no, then come to the next Chamber meeting and start expanding your professional network. The next general member meeting will be held on August 13, at 9:00am. We will be giving the Chamber annual update as well as hearing from a featured presenter. Details are in the link here, make sure you pre-register.

If you are looking for opportunities to serve, “Richfield Rotary Relaunch” is now underway, with a focus on creating what will essentially be a new club with members that live, work and/ or do business in Richfield.  Under the Rotary International umbrella, the new club will set its own schedule and determine its own goals and activities, based on members’ interests and personal commitments.

•    Wednesday, July 24, 7-8 PM, City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave So. Bartholomew Room
•    Thursday, August 22, 7:30 – 8:30 AM, Local Roots, 817 E. 66th St.
•    Wednesday, September 11, 3:45 – 4:45 PM – Central Education Center, 7145 Harriet Ave. So., Multi-Purpose Room
